BIG RED'S HAUL — Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. Sponsor

NYC Fabrication Workshop LLC, PO Box 4023, West New York, NJ 07093 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins September 8, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM ET and ends December 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"), and runs in weekly drawing periods within that span. Ends December 31, 2026.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants may earn entries in either of these ways — no purchase is required for either:

1. Play the game. Tap or scan a participating tag, complete a run of Big Red's Haul at play.rigfresh.com, and submit a valid name, company, and email address when prompted. Verified runs earn entries as described in Section 5.
2. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) — no purchase or play necessary. Complete the no-purchase entry option in the same entry sheet (select "Enter without playing") with your name, company, and email address, and verify the emailed code. One (1) AMOE entry per person per day.

Limit ten (10) entries per person per day, combined across all methods. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes awarded under this Sweepstakes will not exceed $5,000. Prizes are non-transferable; no cash substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion, in which case Sponsor may award a prize of comparable value. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

7. Winner Selection

Winners are selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during each weekly drawing period, weighted by number of entries — an entrant with more entries has a proportionally higher chance of being drawn, but every eligible entry has a nonzero chance. Drawings are conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative within seven (7) days of the close of each weekly period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received in that period.

8. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified by email to the address provided at entry within five (5) business days of selection. Potential winners may be required to verify eligibility and sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where legal) within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond or comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if it is unable to run as planned for any reason. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

10. Privacy

Information collected is used to administer this Sweepstakes and, unless prohibited, for Sponsor's marketing purposes. See Sponsor's privacy practices by contacting the address in Section 1.
